S6003C-2RS hybrid ceramic deep groove ball bearing measures 17×35×10 mm. It adopts a hybrid structure: 440C stainless steel inner and outer rings paired with silicon nitride Si₃N₄ ceramic balls.Compared with standard steel bearings, silicon nitride balls feature high hardness, light weight and good self-lubricating property. They reduce heat buildup at high speeds and deliver a higher speed limit. The insulating property of ceramic balls protects bearings from electrical pitting damage caused by shaft current in variable frequency servo motors.Equipped with double-sided 2RS contact rubber seals, this bearing keeps lubricant inside and prevents dust, moisture and cleaning agents from invading, maintaining great rust and corrosion resistance. It runs smoothly with low noise and stable radial load capacity.It is widely applied in VFD servo motors, new energy components, precision automation, washable food machinery, medical devices, high-end fishing reels and sports equipment.We support customized grease, internal clearance and precision grade.
